Joe Linsley was particularly helpful in trying to find the trim I needed in the shade of white I wanted and the delivery of trim and fragile cut to order diffuser came in bomb proof packaging on time undamaged.
Ordered piece of perspex, cut to size corners radiused and fixing holes drilled. Arrived promptly, well packed and undamaged. Cut exaclty as requested does the job perfectly.

I had a terrible experience with Bay Plastics. I used the website to order and paid extra for speedy postage to arrive on a Thursday and it didn’t arrive till the following Tuesday. The customer Sales Representive I spoke to on the phone 10 times in the following days was unhelpful most of the time. He told me the order was with a courier and would arrive same day but would not give me tracking information. When it did not arrive he did not apologise or refund my speedy delivery costs. I will never order from them again

A good supplier with a wide choice of products. Very convenient to be able to specify custom cut sizes. Only (slight) issue was that I had to chase the delivery and there was no tracking information available. Would be useful to include tracking information with the dispatch notification.

Excellent service that was let down by the couriers handling of the goods. Initial contact with Bay plastics for advice was extremely helpful and contact after delivery was sympathetically handled. I would recommend this company to all tho' could wish for packing of long orders to have some stiffening. Thank you.
