Knew something had gone wrong when I received someone else's order. Contacted sales and found that due to error in despatch the wrong addresses were attached and my order had also been delivered incorrectly. Sales quickly tracked down where my order was and arranged for both orders to be collected and redelivered. Error shouldn't have happened but it was quickly sorted out by sales.
