Excellent first time buying experience. The order was processed, cut, polished, dispatched and delivered all within a week. Received well packaged and to specifications, though the only negative point I could make is the polishing isn't of the highest standards, however, it is relatively cheap compared to competitors. I had initially placed the order with the top supplier on google and was left very disappointed with their service, not having even processed the order in 2 weeks - promptly cancelled and then placed my order through bay plastics. Very pleased with this experience, to say the least. Will happily order again.
