I literally NEVER leave reviews - however trust me when I say I have spent hours researching the cheapest suppliers of plastics and these guys come up the cheapest for almost everything - they also don’t charge a fortune for P&P (but it’s still quick) and their customer service is great. I would 100% recommend to anyone (except my competitors haha)

Easy ordering process and delivery quicker than estimated. Check the numbers I ended up with a couple of duplicates that I ordered by mistake (had added to my basket on a previous visit and they were still there, when many sites empty out after leaving them). Not a problem I will use it all anyway. Easy to deal with company.

I ordered over the internet a PETG UV resistant sheet, which is more expensive than the normal PETG non-UV resistant. After a week of not hearing a word, I asked the sales man for any news, who told me that that sheet was unavailable and whether I was happy to wait the 4-6 weeks leadtime, which I was. Next thing I receive is an order acknowledgement saying that my plastic will be delivered the following week. And it is not until I compare their product reference codes that I realise that they are sending me the cheap non-UV resistant plastic at the price of the UV resistant one I paid for, without telling me a word (I assume that they were hoping I wouldn't spot the swap in the spec). I sent them an email and I phoned them saying I want the UV resistant, not the non-UV resistant, and certainly not at the price of the expensive one. They still delivered the non-UV resistant to my place. I tried contact the sales guy 3 times, leaving messages, without receiving a phone back at all. It is not until I get through to the office manager, by chance, that we get some dialogue going and he offers to refund me some money back (less than what I was happy with). Speaking afterwards to the sales guy, he was talking annoyed to me and hang on me, even that it was clearly Bayplastics who made “the mistake” a few times and I was just trying to agree a solution. So, not impressed at all with Bayplastics sending cheaper products than what have being ordered without saying a word, or with their sales guy attitude. Double check your order acknowledgements! Don't trust them.
