The on-line experience of buying badges is very simple, straightforward and user-friendly. The range of badges is quite extensive. The quality is quite durable and represents great value for money. This could easily be a 5-Star review. The problem, however, is with transport. Despite paying for delivery, it didn't reach us. Is this because the contracted delivery partner is careless, has illiterate drivers or both? Our package wasn't delivered to us or our designated neighbour. We had to go ask around before finding it at another address. Shoddy delivery partners will negatively impact your otherwise excellent products and services. Sending with Royal Mail or other delivery partner may be better.
