I contacted Badgeplus (and Laura Watts specifically) after a recommendation from a colleague; we wanted to design and launch the use of a rewards badge within our department and our Technology department had received great service previously for a similar request. I was not disappointed. From the beginning of the design process Laura could not have been more helpful. She provided all the requested information quickly and clearly so that we could make an informed decision about whether the proposed order design and quote were appropriate for us. After a brief lapse of time, due to a budget issue, we resumed the order process (which Laura was helpful in doing as she reminded me in our initial correspondence to note my order number for future reference) and myself and my head of department are very pleased we did. The badges are just as described and to our exact specifications. The image is clear, beautifully coloured and the overall quality of the badge is exceptionally high. I know our students will wear them with pride. I would not hesitate to order with this company again and recommend them to others seeking a similar service.

Well, what can I say? I wanted to mark the occasion of a local bus companies 100th anniversary by having pin badges made of 4 specially painted buses in old bus liveries. I found Badges Plus website and requested a quote. Sionade responded with information and advice to make the highest quality badges and, after providing me with further help and information about my quote, I placed my order. I wasn't waiting long before the badges arrived and I must say I was more than happy with the end product and quality of the manufacturing! They've gone down well with people working for the bus company as well as pin collectors and bus enthusiasts and I am working on some designs and hoping that Badges Plus can help me again. I would highly recommend Badges Plus to anyone looking for customised pin badges of a great quality!

Prior to placing my order, several minor amendments were required. They were all made without any fuss what so ever and the communication was excellent all the way throughout the order process. I have been dealing with Badges Plus for some months now for the manufacture and supply of ceramic badges,button badges, trolley coins and poker card guards. At every stage of the process from order enquiry through to design, manufacture and fulfilment I was fully updated how the order was progressing and when I would receive delivery. Issues and clarifications were answered quickly and effectively, however the most important point for me was the quality of the product. It was extremely high and my customers have commented that these are the best that they have ever seen for ceramics. It took a long time to get the design finalised as I haven't ordered badges or pens/pencils before so it would have been great if the staff could have given me various layouts to choose from once I had chosen text and font. Instead I would get a mockup of the same one design on 3 badges, 3 pencils, 3 pens. I eventually drew a few layouts and sent it. A bit of helpful creativity by sending back 9 potential layouts would have been great. It also took ages for the order to be confirmed, as a local authority we cannot pay up front for goods not yet received but the staff I was dealing with didn't know this and said they would speak to their director. A week later I eventually had to chase them a few times to see if it was ok or not. All in all it must have taken over a month just to place the order but once it was the goods arrived promptly and I'm happy with them although I wish the text (message) was bolder, but I was told that wasn't possible with that font.

I was made an Honorary Member of this male choir (!) because I am the website manager, and have designed/printed leaflets/posters etc. As a result I needed an "identity" with the Choir but refused to wear their uniform ;-) so I printed their logo onto white card, stuck it on firmer card, and glazed it - result!! I now had a pin to wear to social and formal events. As soon as the wives saw the pin they wanted one - hence the request to Badges Plus to make an enamel one. My experience with Sionade, the young lady that dealt with our order from start to finish was professional, friendly and she had endless patience because we needed to make changes along the way. We also needed 50 badges very quickly for a prestigious event on 8th April. The badges arrived on 3rd April ..... now THAT IS SERVICE!!! When the Chairman and members of the Choir saw the badge I now wear they were delighted with the design and immediately wanted one ... so we WILL be ordering more from Badges Plus. What a find Badges Plus was - and what a lovely young lady Sionade is - she did her company proud.

After sending an initial request for information regarding having badges printed, I was responded to by Sionade. Her response was precise, clear and very informative. I sent over two images that we wanted to be printed onto a badge and very quickly I received artists impressions of what they would both look like. Sionade did not mind how many times I sent a request to 'make it bigger', 'shade some out' - she always came back with a revised impression very quickly. The finished badge was perfect and just what we wanted. The price and delivery service was excellent - so much so, we ordered another 100! If I ever need badges printing in the future, I will look no further than Badges Plus! Well done everyone!
