Good communication with Paul throughout my order queries. Sent a sample which really helped. Bit of a faff trying to find out the font of our logo - couldn't really understand why the actual logo couldn't be used. Delivery was quick. Badges look great - easy to change the names when staff changes occur - although the backs of some of them don't seem to click into place properly.
