Ordered some badges in October received them in December but they were not acceptable. They were going to replace them and was told they would be delivered in January but still waiting towards end of February.

Customer service and communication from Caroline in Accounts Team was really poor. Tone was very rude and completely unnecessary. Badges were nice and arrived within expected time frame but based on interactions with this Accounts Executive we won't be back to Badges Plus.

From first contact everything was easy to do, as they were charity badges they needed to be right, and also cost effective. No problems with alterations and delivered on time. Excellent service and we hope to have a long relationship with them.
