We at Aytac Food have been operating our Cash and Carry since 2000. We distribute to about 1500 shops around the U.K., using our many vehicles. We sell Halal, Turkish,Arab, Mediterranean Food and recently we are happy to announce delve into the Indian and Caribbean Food market also.We are launching websites for wholesale customers, where we can either ship our products to them, or they can click and collect and pay on our premises. We have decided to launch websites, so that you can now order from the comfort of your own homes.By logging on to our Aytac website at www.aytac.co.uk, you are ready to order straight away! Just make your order, and when you have paid for it, our online team will start to pack your order. You will be able to receive your package between 3-5 working days. If you reside in London, you will receive your order the same day, as long as you complete your order before 12 p.m. on the day, you should order between Monday-Saturday.All our products are 100% halal. We also have Vegetarian, Vegan and Organic Food. So, we accommodate all Ethnic Communities in the U.K such as Arab, Turkish, Indian-Pakistani-Bangladeshi, African and Caribbean…

There are artificial ingredients in their products. I asked on their Facebook page when they are planning to stop this, they ignored my message. The reason I am leaving this feedback is because I want to purchase some of their products but I can't as they have no ethics about giving their customers good, healthy food..

I have ordered a few frozen, chilled and non-chilled products from the northwest of England. They arrived within 3 days. A couple of frozen products were started to melt (thanks to heatwaves in the UK I suppose) so we contacted them. Cem from their online chat facility helped us to solve the issue within minutes. We have not tried the products yet but the brands look decent to us. We will definitely order again.

I live in Jersey channel islands and it's very hard to get any of the products which I like over here I needed to wait for some sellers from Ebay or Amazon to but new products and the prices are over the moon, thank you aytac food for products and your prices which are very good it took two days for my order to be delivered and the big thank is for (Mr Cem )who helped me and my friends over her to make sure that our orders are taking care of and he went the extra mile with his costumer service thank you again Mr Cem for your help you are a credit for aytac

Second time we had ordered: I was notified by email that the order had been collected by courier Friday afternoon 28/05 - then courier messaged to say delivery scheduled for Tuesday 01/60/21 (after the Bank Holiday). We had chilled produce part of the order, so called the mobile number for customer service (this was after 5.00pm). Really nice chap - Cem - took my call and sorted it really quickly and professionally. After calling back to confirm that our order was now being delivered Saturday 29/05. And it was delivered Saturday just after 1.00pm and was just as expected! We live in Essex (i.e. "out of London") - so possibly that was why the collection/delivery mix-up. But I was very impressed not just with the "customer service", but with Cem's attitude and approach. We will be back for a third order! Thank you Aytac AND Cem!

So happy I found this company. I can only say they are excellent. Ordered it on Thursday and got it delivered today. Spoke to Jem on the phone . He was very polite and I can only say it again : excellent customer service. Fast and reliable. Will definitely buy again from this company.

hi .ı got aycan date from russian shop in kilkenny ireland.im so disapointed.date iş inside very dry.outside shining.i dont know what they put on outside.i trough iş fresh. amway ı never ever buy again.thanks.

Fantastic customer service. I asked for order to be delivered as soon as poss and it arrived 5 hours after placing it, and we're just outside London, at no especially expensive cost. Got my separate address instructions bang on and called back to double check. Super helpful, thank you!!

Amazing service , couldn’t of asked for any better they go above and beyond. I called up and spoke to a couple of girls on the help desk then I have been in contact with Jem , Jem helped in every way possible and spoke to the Manchester branch and the guys in Manchester where equally amazing , it’s really nice to deal with actual people that care about situations how ever small your order it felt like I ordered thousands of pounds worth of stock with just how good the customer service is. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who hand delivered our order to my front door but again A+ Customer service and such a nice guy . Thanks again guys xx

Goods: £30 minimum spend for free delivery, always some freebies with orders. If anything not in stock replace with double amount. Bads: not enough products and delivery can take 3 to 5 days.

I experienced excellent customer service from Jem. He accomodated my allergies, rectified non-sent items and sourced items reportedly not available online. He was the most pleasant experience during lockdown food buying online, and I would recommend buying from this business

Have ordered from Aytac Foods more than once, and generally the quality of the food is very good - excellent value and very prompt shipping. However, on the last occasion two items (boxes of chocolate covered nuts and fruit) were packed on their side in the carton, and subsequently one broke in transit, scattering its contents all over the box and packaging, some of it escaping through the bottom of the box. As these were intended as gifts unfortunately I had to throw one away. I notified Aytac with a photo of the damaged item, but sadly got no response even after waiting a few days. Would I buy from Aytac again? Possibly, if it is an item I cannot obtain elsewhere, but the upshot is, if there is a problem with your order, don’t expect a reply :( Postscript - I have since been contacted by Aytac who have both apologised for the inconvenience and offered to refund me for the damaged item; they have also kindly offered a discount on my next order. Accordingly I have edited this review to reflect the level of service I have received.

Items arrived 5 days after dispatch, unrefrigerated so had to throw half my order. Contacted the company many times but no joy - no refund or re- delivery offered. Total waste of money and time.
