First time we have used Aytaç in the UK. Fantastic service, everything delivered safely plus a couple of free bags of sweets.. Cold produce delivered using ice in insulated freezer bags, perfect. 100% will use again.
Great company. A wide choice of food options, speedy delivery and great service (I had a technical issue on the website which resulted in a double order but Jem kindly contacted me the same day to make an alternative arrangement and I even got some free goods packed in with my order). Jem contacted me the following week to make sure everything arrived safely and that my order had been fulfilled. 10/10, would order from Aytac again!

I ordered twice from Aytac Foods, both times I am extremely disappointed, missing items, very late and long delivery, they sent expired products, no response, no refund, no communications... just headache... they are very difficult to deal with as they are not professional, they are very unorganised and rude.
