I recently had my windscreen repaired at your shop, and unfortunately, the result has made the issue worse rather than better. While I understand that the damage might not disappear completely, I was never informed that the repair could actually make it more visible and distracting. Before the repair, the damage was much less noticeable, but now, there is a large, prominent circle that is affecting my visibility and overall driving experience. This was not the outcome I expected, and I would appreciate a solution to rectify the issue.
The fitter was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and sorted the problem efficiently.

Great service. Quick, friendly and overall a great experience. I was concerned when I had to pick an appointment in the car park of Oxford United. However (a) the team there were fantastic (b) there are three good options next door for you to take shelter whilst the work is done (bowling and their bar/dining area, cinema and Frankie and Benny's) (c) It was done in only 1hr 30.

Fantastic service. The car was booked in for 2pm but they phoned in the morning letting me know I can bring the car in earlier. They cleaned all the windows which I was not expecting and were really helpful
