I only got response from 1 of the 3 solar companies (SolarKraft) who I was quite impressed with in communication (but I am still waiting for a quote off them) I have not heard a word from Green Solar And I called Instyle Solar, got some one at a call center that said they would get some one to call me. Have not been able to proceed further with solar at this stage.

Suppose it depends where you live as to how many referrals you get. Though the one I did get was very helpful and answered ALL my questions. Gettin install approx a week after 1st contact 😀

Very fast quote and even tho I have chosen to go with another provider help offered and very nice to deal with.

I had 2 companies respond quickly. 1 emailed a quote through (which I would have to question as there was no site visit. Another emailed with information to say that they would need to visit to give an accurate quote. They followed up with a phone call (which I missed) I returned the call only to get voice mail and left a message. I never got a return call. I received a call from you guys, You said that you would chase up the 3rd quote and I suggested the best day for the call. The 3rd company called earlier than the day I requested. I did organize a time to come out, which they did. They needed to get some questions resolved an finalise a quote. I am still waiting to hear back. I am now not at all interested in what they say as they have proven very clearly that they are lacking. The whole thing has been a waste of time, but has proven to me that there are a lot of companies who do not know how to conduct business.

I received one call from a call centre and the person said they would send me a quote - they didn't. Overall, I rate the response, the approach and the "service" as hopeless. Perhaps, because I had done some research into solar systems and had received other quotes with which to compare, your "consultant' realised he couldn't get a quick sale/commission.

After submitting my information, I waited in anticipation of three quote to help me decide what to do. Instead I was sent the names of 3 businesses that operated in this area and a comment that they would contact me. None sent me email information. However, I now receive a lot more junk mail than I used to.

The original quote was quick and painless but trying to get additional information has been ignored I am now looking for other quotes and information from other sources.

I was supposed to receive 3 quotes from various providers, I received 2 responses from the same company. How can I possibly compare 1 company with itself? This 1 company pested me beyond belief and was also advertising madly on the TV. In my years of experience this spells a rat. Is this company going under and wanting to take as many as it can with them? What is the point of a warranty if the company is not there in 10 years time, or 5 years or even 1 year. Also who has even heard of a company called Euro Solar? Sounds fishy to me. There is no way I would use this company and when I asked about terms they said they could provide interest free but the total cost went up by $1000 over the time with fees and charges. What a ripoff.

This company is fast efficient and direct. the person i spoke with gave me all options and described then benefits for each system and if there wad a downfall to a particular component hen explained it and also explained how tom resolve it
