Not really impressed with the quality of the companies referred. Might have considered one of the three - sounded reasonably knowledgeable and made good suggestions. One just wanted to know what panels I wanted so they could push me towards a bulk order the next week. The other was neither here nor there. There are better sites to get a quote from - try solarquotes.com.au (which is different from Australian Solar Quotes)

There was no quote just a list of people who will contact me. All I wanted was to see if I could afford it, most disappointed 😡

Eco Supply Australia were 5 Star from start to finish. We were over whelmed in the beginning with so many brands and company's offering different solutions. We decided to go with Eco Supply, as from the very first contact we found James great and easy to deal with. Because of his extensive knowledge in solar we know that we got the best solution for our home.

Eco supply did a fantastic job on my house. The installers did a very well positioning my panels to run in line with the roof design. James was extremely honest and I was very pleased with him giving me the amount of time he did. We have just received our first power bill and it is better then what we expected. prompt professional and pleasant ,installation was swift and clean also took time out to explain all aspects of the equipment , operating well .

Used this service and they recommended a company who went into receivership two weeks later. I lost a lot of money. They have not replied to my emails about this and explained.

It was good and had quick calls from companies.

No body has called us

Got a couple of quotes & was lucky enough to time it well as one particular company had a 50% sale on materials. I wanted a pretty good system with plenty of power & storage, compromised a little (but not much) & if all goes well I will save many thousands of dollars. I have obtained many quotes & the differential in prices is staggering. In many cases I could buy the parts cheaper than the installers but the installers lose interest very quickly. Many in the industry are undermining their own industry. Sensible regulation would be an advantage but not sure we have a government capable of that???

Do not expect ASQ to get back to you el pronto on phone queries. But they will get back to you, Only 2 out of 3 quotes responded. But they were very competitive and I did go with one of the 2. Useful all the same.

The companies you sent to see me were reputable ones, and their representatives were very pleasant. I only received two calls in the first ten days and ended up finding another contractor through a friend, but I was armed with the right questions from having spoken to your guys. The third contact only came a day or two ago and I had already made my decision. All up it was very helpful contacting you. Thanks

We got 2 quotes from these guys for a solar system and one was from a dodgy scam company. Keep away!!!!!

I contacted you on or about the 19th of March. To date I have had no contact with anybody. So o would class that as an unacceptable exerience.

I requested a quote for my property but never received one or even a follow up until this survey

your adds claim that you can virtually get solar for free with government rebate schemes, this is totally false .... it is just a marketing ploy to suck people in..... no of the services you speak about were offers to me. just companies asking for several thousands of dollars..... i stick by my review....

When we started researching buying solar, we were confused by the different installers playing all of them off against each other. The advice we got from here was terrific and has set us in the right direction for knowing what to pick.

I received one email to say that 1 company was going to quote and that they were going to get more quotes from other companies, but there was no information in the email. I received a phone call about a week later and she told me she was going to get more quotes and then I didn't hear anything. No point wasting your time, they are probably just selling your details to make money.

Some of the businesses were really shiny !!! Do your own research with long term suppliers!!
