Very happy with the service. We unfortunately ordered by our mistake a rug that was too small and had to return it to the London shop to exchange. All was taken care of by Adil who organised a new delivery at no additional cost and offered us coffee. I would highly recommend visiting their London shop to see the products.

I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful furnitures we have bought from Atmacha Team. The best quality, style, design, color ranges, fabric and the best service ever….. Yes we did wait 3 months as we had some customised items, but it worth the wait for sure. Amazing company. My beautiful Aries coffee table of very high quality was delivered swiftly and the company also assembled it for me and took away the packaging rubbish. So professional and looks stunning in my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Checked if stock was available and was told yes. Very good communication. I placed my order that same day and it was delivered the next day! Fabulous quality cushions that I couldn’t find anywhere else in stock, I’m really pleased.

The worst quality - bought a bed for over 1500 and it broke after 3 years and I was advised I have to pay £450 to repair it (might aswell just buy a new bed!) Totally avoid. It may look nice but it’s such a cheap bad quality and certainly not worth the price tag.

Got my dining set today. IT looks wonderfull picture totaly justify even looks more elegant than picture Thankyou for amazimg service.

Ordering was straight forward.i expected to wait 8-12 weeks for delivery. Ordered 30/11/23 still awaiting delivery. Customer services have contacted me 3 times to keep me updated. I cannot comment on item as yet, hence 3 stars.

What have you done for which you are asking for review? My chairs were ordered over 14 weeks ago . You haven’t arranged delivery and you are asking for feedback about your performance . First time I have seen a company asking for review without delivering the order!
