Ordered a great drinks trolley which looks amazing! We've had a couple of quality issues, but the customer service I have received has been great, resolving the issue promptly by offering a refund or a replacement (which I went for).
Not only is the product incredibly poor quality, the customer service is too! They almost try to gaslight you. You need a refund from whoever delivered the customer service training ,5% should be sufficient!!!! If there had been a hint of empathy I wouldn't have wasted the time to write the review. But in this day and age, people work hard for their money and should know that they're likely to be disappointed!
How I wish I had come on here before purchasing my monza marble coffee table. It arrived and is in fact not marble at all it is falsely advertised as such and is in fact granite so nice and shiny!! Also where advertised on their website as a brass/black finish is in fact just solid black and looks naff because of it. Asked to return and told I have to pay £49 to get it collected. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. Falsely advertised which is against the law and apparently we have to brunt the cost. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere if I were you because you probably won’t get what you’re expecting!
Updating following their reply - instead of responding to this review you could try respond to the enquiry I’ve already made to customer services! I’ve been trying to contact you for weeks and left you ample time before leaving a negative review. Avoid. I bought two lights, they’re bad quality and one of them was damaged on delivery. Tried to call them numerous times with no answer and no response to my email either.
Really disappointed. Bought some very expensive dining chairs and every single one broke within months. All 6. They were of such poor quality. Go somewhere else.
I bought a cupboard loved it but it was darker than I thought. I wasnt sure about it. The customer service i received was superb. Proper emails from real people too. I will definitely buy from this professional company again thankyou to all of them.
Wow, absolutely shocking customer service. I was Continually lied to by their customer service manager, supplied an item with multiple defects, messed around continually on calls and treated appallingly. Turns out they don’t value their customers at all nor the inconvenience they cause in supplying sub standard items and service. Been shopping online for 15 years and never experienced such shabby service in spending hundred of thousands of pounds. Will be the last time any money is spent with these jokers! Also the sad part is it will be the last time I will bother going with a non reputable brand. Rotten from the bottom to the top! I will go with Artico, Daals or Olivia’s next time.

Stylish furniture. We’re really pleased with the drinks cabinet we ordered. It looks great in our dining room. We were really impressed with the delivery service - we got options for delivery date, notifications to confirm and reminders, with on time delivery.
Beautiful quality chairs. Solid and heavy but very comfortable. Lovely grained acacia wood. Excellent delivery service and very carefully packaged. Think we will be recycling the boxes for the next few weeks though, better to overpack than under though!
Side tables delivered on time and they are exactly as described. We absolutely love them. This is the second set of nesting side tables - will be back for more!!

While googling for a sideboard for my recently decorated lounge I came across Atkin & Thyme and they had just what I was looking for. I also purchased the matching media unit and both pieces are fabulous. Communication was great and delivery prompt. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
