Amazing fast delivery, good quality for the price. Much better alternative than other competitors (Swoon for instance). Delivery and confirming a delivery slot was so easy, and the delivery guys were friendly too! I will be looking to order from A&T again :)

We are so impressed with our El Capitan Chest of Drawers’, bedside drawers’ and a console table. They arrived 1 week earlier as expected. The whole process was very well communicated and professional. The quality of the furnitures is exceptional. Their colour is more lively than on the pictures, golden brownish, which works just perfect with the brass handles and legs. The built quality is brilliant! It’s a pleasure to look at them. Furnitures with the same calibre starts from double or triple price, you know it, if you are also looking for something glam, classy, high quality and modern. I’m really grateful that I found Atkin & Thyme and highly recommend them as they represent everything I was looking for. Thank you, I would happily purchase again.

Very good company to deal with and very informative. plenty communication throughout on ordering, dispatch and delivery. Great service and have purchased from before, will more than likely use again in the future. Items are very well packed, maybe slightly high in price although the quality seems to be very good on everything we have purchased. The delivery service was also very informative sending information with options and a telephone call few hours before delivery, very reliable service.

Let down at the last minute by a company that changed its website information relating to shipping to N Ireland. Waited 6 weeks to be told we had to arrange our own shipping. Hassle that we didn’t want. The only reason we placed the order was because originally the website said I t would deliver to (NI). Goods were fine just disappointed by misinformation.
I bought a velvet occasional chair which arrived within days of being ordered. It’s beautiful, has been well crafted and was delivered with care. I will happily order from this company again.
Update: We need to be fair to Atkin and Thyme. An immediate and instant apology, and an offer to either refund, or replace. Sometimes it’s not that there is a problem, it’s more to do with how the supplier responds. I’ve therefore removed the previous rating and replaced with 3 stars pending satisfactory conclusion. Products arrived this morning. Chest of drawers was badly split. Probably somewhere in transit between here and India. The cardboard box had been impacted on the base, and pressure had damaged the case quite badly. This was not detected until we opened it up and removed the wrapping as the box was marked with arrows to keep it upright when being handled through the supply chain. The two side tables to match both were poorly finished. One had a minor chip adjacent to the drawer, caused in the workshop. Odd scratches to one leg, that was not consistent with a “shabby chic” finish…The other side table had minor glue or water stain to the finished drawer with over filling and poorly glued corner joint. Have to reject all 3 items.
