I ordered 2 items from ArdMoor, they arrived very promptly. One I was very happy with, the other unfortunately had a fault. I contacted customer services regarding the faulty item and received amazing customer service. As soon as they received the returned item the refund was very quickly in my account. I bought a waterproof jacket for my son's birthday from Ardmoor and immediately realized that it was not appropriate for the job. He returned the coat on arrival and a refund arrived in my bank account by return. A few days later I received an e-mail from Ardmoor asking if I was still looking for a jacket and offering to help. I explained why I had returned the first purchase and they responded with some very helpful suggestions. Whilst their suggestions did not work for me, I thought their customer service was excellent. How often does an on-line company offer to help?

Dissapointed at having to pay p&p when I had spent £120 and it only shows up when you get to the checkout most retailers allow free postage and returns these days so will think carefully before using you again
