These guys provide a brilliant and efficient service with well packed and high quality plants. However I had recently been sent a marketing email with a discount code for £5 off my next order of £40 so I added items I required for order value of over £50 and the code would not work. I was then advised that there were additional T&C's which were not mentioned in the email and meant because of my order including bulk discounts the voucher could not be used. Thankfully Richard the owner intervened and acknowledged the error in the lack of clarity with regards T&C's and subsequently honoured the discount. I have therefore changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars as they addressed the issue raised.
