I ordered lotus bulbs and unfortunately one was just a shell and the others up till now have shown no sign of life. I have bought numerous bulbs in the past and they have been fantastic nothing has changed on my tank setup so I'll keep fingers crossed the bulbs spring to life. I've used aqua essentials for some time and have no issues quite the opposite quality products and service

Cheap aqauriam plants. They tell you if the plants need added C02 or extra light. They arrived quick and after a few days I found a baby snail in my tank (they did warn that may happen) which was amazing

Honestly, I'm not shocked at their overall reviewing because they are an amazing company! Little bit of context: we have been using Aqua Essentials for nearly a year now since before our last betta passed up to now with the current vetta fish we have. I put all the plants I received into my five gallon aquarium up until this worked when I will be moving from that 5 gallon to a 12 gallon aquarium. There is always such as wide variety of plants to choose from which means I very rarely stick to budget 😅 I don't think I've ever been disappointed with their service. Not that there typically is any reason to be! The plants always arrive looking majoritively healthy, well packaged and on time (if not early on a couple of past occasions) I couldn't complain and will be continuing to use them with no questions asked! It is so important for us to have a company who we can order plants from that we can trust and they have never once yet given me a reason to not take confidence in their abilities to make their customers happy.
