Thoroughly recommend this company. Fast delivery, aquarium plants very carefully packed and in excellent condition and well labelled. They’re all growing in my tank and look lovely, even have enough for a small aquarium. No problems at all.
This is first time buying plants from Aqua Essentials, plants arrived on time, packaged nicely so no damage in transit. Plants looked good no signs of pest snails or anything else, once planted in aquarium they look great. Will have to wait to see how they develop, but so far so good. Based on my experience so far, I will be buying more plants from this company, price is good, cheaper than I have seen elsewhere, especially the Tropica 1-2 grow pots which depending on where you get them from are usually quite expensive, so, very happy to find I saved a few quid. I would recommend checking Aqua Essentials site when looking for aquascape plants.

Terrible customer service. I tried contacting them by phone, email and social media regarding a DPD issue. They responded to none. Plant quality is just the same as other suppliers despite being far more expensive. I won’t be ordering again.

The two non-edible aquatic plants I have purchased from this Aqua Essentials have been of exemplar quality. I was very impressed and the plants have enhanced the aesthetic appearance of my water feature and remain in good condition.
