It was a fast delivery, I was a little disappointed with how many pieces of rock I got for 3kg, when I weighed it, it was just under 2.5 kg

awful experience, They confirmed a delivery date, date was 2 days late plants where half dead, and melted as they where in a cold dpd warehouse for days. Staff where very rude and offered £4 to down grade delivery to 5 days... discussing attitude, take your custom elswer!
It was my first order with them . It came today and the plants are amazing. Fantastic quality and it's made the tank look natural. Which will be better then the plastic plant we had before.

It was easy to choose and order my plants with lots of info to help. Delivery was smooth and most of the plants all arrived in good condition. I ordered 33 items but the 6 Rotala's I ordered were a bit hit and miss. Some were snapped or didn't have good roots. Wasn't aware I had to complain with 24 hours so I lost most of my Rotala Orange Juice plants.
