Just got the product for the first time, and will be trying it out for our dog. Product is as listed and everything is great with that, however customer service could not give out guidelines on its usage. If you sell a product, you should be able to tell people how much (approximately) is too little/much. At least something to start with, instead of telling me "We are not doctors so we can't give out that information."
