The process of ordering was very clear and , although I had trouble with the payment ( possibly due to me clicking the wrong button!) I was helped very efficiently by the gentleman on the live chat. Our new dog is a rescue and hasn't begun to get into a routine of eating yet. She has, however, enjoyed the treats.

Our order was dispatched about 2hrs after placing it, and I couldn’t believe how efficient it was! It arrived a few days after and our dog was delighted. This was recommended to us through a behaviourist and has a really good nutritional rating. Very happy and will order again!
