Fast efficient hassle free service from Angell petco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good product, good quality, brilliant service

Have been using this company now for over 5 years, have even recommended to friends. But have been disappointed to see the prices have gone up, and the 15kg bag of food has gone down to 13.50kg, although on the bag (which is still sealed) it still says 15kg 🤷‍♀️ For the first time I’m considering taking my business elsewhere which is a shame.

Been using Angell Petco and their products for our mother in-laws dog and we are very happy. The dog loves the food and the treats. The service is outstanding.

I have used Angell Pet Co for an awful long time and have previously written excellent / five star reviews on the products and benefits for my little dog. Regretfully, no more. The founders of the Company have now taken a back seat and it would seem that over the past year, product lines and more importantly, quality, has deteriorated in recent months. The Cod Fingers are a major problem. they are not as a strong and get caught in the teeth, hair of my little dog and even the carpet of my lounge. they are wet, sticky and do not have the same quality and standards by any measure. It is very disappointing. I have to clean my little dog's legs and paws and clear remnants of the Cod Fingers from around the mouth and his little beard. It is distressing for my dog. I did report it to Angell Pet Co without success. After being a loyal Customer, I won't be using Angell Pet Co again and have now found a couple of other companies (that I would not name on here out of respect) - these Companies give my little dog strong white fish based treats and they are of excellent standards.

My whippet has recently had stomach problems. I asked for advice about treats and main meal biscuits for sensitive stomachs. I was given the time and the information to choose from a range of products for sensitive stomachs so felt that I had made progress should I need to change any of his favourites. I am not sure whether or not he will need to change his food after the strict diet he is on but I will be confident of Angell Petco's care of my dog if I need to change him over.

Excellent service, dogs love the fish treats, so I'll be buying more.

I made an on-line enquiry regarding food and treats for our new puppy due to come to us in January. Despite it being a Saturday, I received a reply within a couple of hours. My subsequent order was dealt with and delivered very quickly. Excellent customer service!

Product was fine and delivered promptly but there was no free treats as advertised and no response to email query. Wouldn’t use again.
