The purchasing experience online was easy and efficient. I took my time choosing exactly what I wanted. The ring came in beautiful packaging and resizing procedure was simple and very quick. It was my first time buying online and the whole procedure was so much better than buying in a store.
Delivery and packaging great. Packaging is actually excessive. Would prefer less and lower cost of product. The earrings themselves seem ok but I am going to take them to a gemologist. They don’t sparkle like natural diamonds and the metal feels very light, not like real gold.

I'm not a wealthy person, so I guess I'm always nervous on the rare occasions when I'm buying items in this price class from a company I hadn't previously heard of. But, everything went well. Both items I ordered were delivered on time in amazing presentation boxes. (Possibly a little OTT with one box inside another one). Jewellery has a habit of looking bigger in Internet photos. The company wants to show the detail, which is fair enough. The 1-carat Emerald I ordered looks tiny now that my wife is actually wearing it. I also have no way of checking whether the emerald stone is of the quality I ordered ... but I guess I would have that same problem if I had bought it from a local jeweller. Two small items that could have been improved: I asked Angara to send via DHL rather than UPS, but it came by UPS anyway. Given that UPS managed to deliver on time, I'm still giving 5 stars. Secondly, there was no information whatsoever on the so-called "Free gift" that comes with the ordered product, which itself is supposedly worth several hundred Euros. However, I wrote to Angara and they immediately provided full details. So, I'm happy with that, too.
