I have 1 stars because shipping is expensive and sooo slow. I had to cancel and reschedule 2x my appointment with plumber because part had not arrived ! Product arrive and had to use a vise to loosen to make valve work! People great!

Ordered 2 different parts, both of the were from a different model that would not fit, emailed for return with no reply. Still waiting someone from the company to reach back to me.

I purchased the 36 inch square AMS Fireplace Albany natural color pewter finish square Fire Pit Table made from glass fiber reinforced concrete and it looks terrific. It's like having a high-end resort at your house. With 65,000 Btu of heat output there is plenty of warmth. The included glass windscreen was easy to assemble and adds to the look and flame stability. This is a high quality product that was shipped by freight to our door in just a week.

Good pricing with fast shipping. Packing could be better to prevent problems with leaking out during shipment.

We shopped for a long time to fine the perfect fire bowl for our small backyard space. Once we decided on the Moderno 3 Fire Bowl, I researched various sellers online and decided to call AMS Fireplace. The person I spoke with was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She made sure to explain that the purchase required a special order from the manufacturer and was up front about the expected delivery time. We ended up receiving it a few days early and it arrived in perfect condition! The delivery company carefully placed it in our garage for us as we requested and made sure we looked everything over. SO happy with our purchase and highly recommend AMS!

Firstly, I understand that AMS has no control of production of the fireplaces. I had originally placed an Avanti fireplace through another seller, and when I was told that the product was gonna take longer than originally told, I start shopping through other sellers. When I contacted AMS, I explained the situation and was told that they did have the fireplace in stock and it would take 2-3 weeks at most to get to me. I was emailed a week later stating that I would receive my fireplace at the end of May noted I did the purchase at the beginning of March. I understand they have no control of production, but they Customer Service and or inventory control is upsetting. I would have known the truth I would have not canceled my previous order and would have been three weeks ahead in line receiving my fireplace from Avantii. I gave them a three stars because they do have good pricing and is in ordering through their website.

AMS staff truly are experts in their craft. They know what they are talking about and educated me on so many details when buying a fire table!

Loved the Table! The color is true to picture. The hidden tank feature is amazing. No one will know about it. The flame is perfect!!

I believed that by ordering my particular part was in stock and would receive it in just a few days being so near by. It did not state NOT IN STOCK. Took 2 months to receive.

The quality of the fireplace screen. It looks beautiful in our Family Room.
