I believe that even when you are out of stock on items we should still be able to order it and when it comes available AMR should send it out free of charge for the inconvenience instead of us having to wait until we have another sizeable order to get the stock.

I believe that the fee that is charged for delivery is very high considering the money that is spent on products. At other companies the freight is almost halved.
