The service and products are great but the postage way to expensive.If I want to buy 1 or 2 colors I have to pay $20 for postage I prefer to get them with Post Office and pay way less than this its taking the same time to get them.
I have had no issues with products I have ordered from AMR,i have been very pleased with products I have received, all deliveries have not had any issues & were on time.
Change deliver companies- they obviously can’t read an address with the business name written at the top (which was their excuse for being 8 days late ) I had to spend additional money to get these items which defeated the purpose of going thru AMR . Disappointed EDIT : after reading your reply : My business name was recorded and submitted when I ordered as your colleague checked when I called and she confirmed - YOUR system failed. It was in your hands
