After 27 days still dont have my purchase (17 business days). No response to my email asking for assistance.

I placed my order December 3rd. Confirmation was received and information stated I would be receiving tracking information shortly. I contacted Alli at the Order Help email provided. After inquiring about status and not receiving a response I cancelled the order. I tried another email with same information and was told tracking info was sent but it was not in my email as confirmation email was, nor was it in Spam. The puzzle did not arrive until December 23rd so it was too late to give recipient on December 20th. I've been told I can return it but at my cost which is $27.00 to the UK. That's about the cost of the item and shipping to begin with. To resolve I have requested return postage but at this point that has been denied.

Order AJUS2225097 was placed on Nov 27,22 and was supposed to arrive in 10 days to Kentucky. Not only has the package still NOT BEEN RECEIVED AS OF CHRISTMAS DAY !!! but the tracking says it is hung up in Chicago and NO ONE from you company has gotten in touch with me to explain this - I spent $50+ for a family gift that has yet to arrive - I'm incredibly disappointed in your company

I received an email my puzzle was shipping on 11/29 and then heard nothing else. I emailed order help on 12/18 to check status and got no response. This email asking my experience was my next communication and I have not received the puzzle yet! The puzzle was to be a gift. The tracking info now says the package has been received by post office in England. I am not surprised i couldn’t receive in time for Christmas, but the lack of communication since 11/29 is poor business practice.

I ordered puzzles on 25 Nov; still have not received them nor have I received any notification of delay or shipment.

I love playing puzzles, and my grandchildren enjoy it too, there are so many of them, that we can enjoy time together as a family.
