It's a beautiful depiction of some of Ireland's history. This was a gift received by a very skilled jigsaw puzzle enthusiast and with decades of doing these puzzles. Never before ran across a visual nightmare as this was. Almost every piece is whitish-grayish-beige in color. We spent almost a week after putting together the puzzle's frame, trying to fill in the guts. After assembling approximately 60 pieces of the insides, we boxed it up and put it away. Definitely wish we could return it. But it was a gift.

Would have been an ideal experience without it being stuck for 2 weeks in shipping. Love the artwork and the recipient enjoyed it. And Customer Service was responsive and helpful. But would suggest they monitor parcels to ensure packages aren’t getting stuck, especially international shipments. Had I not reached out, this gift killer would still be at Langley/Heathrow. It only started moving until customer service looked into it.

You have a great assortment of puzzles. Shipping from overseas was faster than many shipments from within the US. I’m looking forward to working the jigsaw puzzles over the holiday break with my adult daughters—a typical activity when we manage to do when we’re able to visit.

The choice of product. We only buy Jumbo - Wasgij and Jan Van Hasterren - puzzles. Wish they could offer more but am delighted and buy all the new ones we don't have when offered. We literally almost never do any puzzles other than these. The delivery to the States has improved greatly. The shipping packaging has always been intact to protect the contents.

Quick and easy to customize order.

This is the first time I have not wanted to finish a jigsaw: the photo on the box does not correspond with the jigsaw so hard to follow. No enlarged detailed reference to help you navigate. The jigsaw pieces are then and easily unlock. Very disappointing

I ordered a puzzle on the 10th of January & I still haven't received it. As I write this... it's the 14th of February!

the ordering and web site were fine Took longer to receive product than advertised.

I have emailed this company 3 times about my package not being sent and they have not gotten back to me. Beware this is not a reputable business.
