Delivery was easy, puzzle was hard! Exactly what I hoped for.
I’ve only done one of these so could only rate one.
Shipment was lost for a while in transport and customer service generously refunded my full price. The package unexpectedly arrived a few days later but AllJigsawPuzzles.com insisted I keep the refund for the inconvenience. I will purchase again when they reopen (after Covid). I love Jan VanHaasteren puzzles and this is a great source for his stuff.

The puzzle was packed well and came when promised.
The puzzles are good quality and delivery was fine. Its little more expensive $7 to $10 per item for the same quality, but we like the wasgij puzzles.
I was disappointed in the product. Had a lot of puzzle pieces that were not punched through... Had to remove the backing of so many pieces. Alhough I was disappointed in the puzzle pieces, I loved the content of the puzzle. I might think twice doing a Gibsons puzzle as I have done many other brands and have not had the problem of pieces not totally punched through.
I love the scenic gardens and cottages. Puzzles come boxed and packaged securely. Well done.

Photo puzzle image is of excellent quality, and it arrived within a week of ordering, in plenty of time to give to my wife as her Valentine's Day gift.This is the second photo puzzle I've ordered from All Jigsaw Puzzles and likely will not be the last.

The Winter Games puzzle I bought came with 17 (yes, seventeen) pieces missing. Don't know what you can do about it, but I was really surprised and displeased. All the other puzzles were fine. Very strange.

My puzzles were shipped well and the quality of the product is outstanding. One suggestion is that it would be helpful if there were a poster of the puzzle in the box like some other puzzles I have purchased.
