I never received the puzzle
I never received my puzzles and despite writing to the company I never got a reply. I understand these are unsual times but answering my message should be the least and I will expect a full refund and some compensation !
Even through the pandemic, they were able to get the puzzle to me faster than I thought it would get here.
Wonderful customer service. We love our puzzles and this is the place we get them! Kids loved picking them out. Thanks for the fun during this trying time!!
Wrong item delivery
I’m in the U.S. and my puzzles didn’t arrive as quickly as anticipated. All jigsaw puzzles was very helpful and even sent a replacement in case the first ones were lost.
Ordered on 3/13/2020 for an event on 4/2/2020. Received the product after 4/13/2020.
We were excited to find family puzzles again to work with our grandchildren. Nice quality. Arrived relatively quickly considering delivery delays during the pandemic. We most certainly will be ordering again from you.

I got the wrong puzzle and noone answered the phone when I called
I've ordered from All Jigsaw Puzzles several times, primarily for Gibsons puzzles, which are virtually impossible to find here in the US. The international shipping cost is no more than what US companies charge, and the All Jigsaw Puzzles orders quite often arrive faster! I'm glad I got my last order in just before the world turned upside down and am looking forward to their reopening when things are rightside up again.
