I ordered my puzzle on September 20th (order AJUS2015971) and still have not received it. I sent a request for assistance on October 20th and did not receive a response. I was charged for it as well. I've received no assistance or correspondence back. The whole thing is quite.... Puzzling. Also the email address they provide as customer support doesn't work.

I purchased a puzzle on September 22nd, paid $20 for expedited shipping (2-3) days. It arrived October 13th. 28 days later. Coming from PA to MD that is absurd. I went on the website to try and contact somebody to find out where it was. The email on their website is out of service. I sent a message to them through their website and did not receive a reply and there was no way to track that message. I did not receive a refund for the expedited shipping. When the package arrived they had sent two puzzles instead of one. I'm not sure why. If it was for the delay that's a nice gesture but why not send a different puzzle. Who is going to do the same puzzle twice. Anyhow, due to the lack of communication this company is sketch. Would not use again.
