The Allhdd.com web site showed "In Stock" for the products we required. We contacted Allhdd.com by phone to confirm stock, and were told the items would ship within 3-4 days after the order was placed. We requested and received a written quote (over $50,000), and then placed the order on 11/10. We received an order confirmation. When no shipment email was received after 4 days, we called Allhhd.com; the agent indicated he would call back with details: no call. The next day we called again, and again the agent indicated he would call back with details: no call. The we received an email indicating shipment would be 10-12 days. after 12 days we emailed for status: the reply was shipment would be "the end of December or the mid of January". The email further stated we need to "confirm the order" and and "after you confirm then there won't be any cancellation". Needless to say we do not recommend Allhdd.com.

It's one of the best supplier of computer hardware and electronics where I have purchased with. The products are authentic, high quality and much affordable compared to other company. The transaction was smooth. Very great customer service. I am overall satisfied with my experience with this company. Will order again. Thank you.

Purchased a 16TB hard drive but accidently purchased a SAS drive instead of SATA. I immediately contacted ALLHDD to attempt an RMA to get the correct part. I only received an email asking if I received it then nothing. I then tried chatting with someone on their site and they asked for all the details and said they'd get back with me through email which they didn't. I attempted another RMA and heard nothing in return. I will NEVER use this site again. I even found the drive I needed much cheaper on NewEgg.

Dead Slow processing, No response customer service, advertise items in stock but they dont have them. We ordered 5 Drives from ALLHDD.com. It's been 4 days and I am waiting for a tracking number. I included all of them in my emails but none of them even care to answer the emails. After 04 days one of them answered that tracking will be available once shipped but there is no information when it will be shipped. It will be the last time we will shop with them.

It's the best online electronics store. I can buy everything I need at this site for a low price. And of course, the delivery is very fast. Very impressed.

Amazing Project - I am in!

We ordered 7 Drives from ALLHDD.com on an UPS express Delivery which cost an astonishing 280USD for what should cost no more than 60/70USD with UPS. it took them 4 days to even process the payment, to then make up several excuses about why the stock could not be shipped after 4 days by which time this should have already been delivered. Failed testing, then they were out of stock. At least 3 different customer representatives never got back to us how to resolve the issue or about ordering alternative parts. First and last time we will shop with them.
