Delivery was delayed because the proper address was not put on my parcel originally & it was returned to the courier’s depot for readdressing. I felt this was a careless mistake by Albany which should not have occurred & could be easily prevented.

When I was creating an account on-line I requested credit account as a business. Lisa phoned me to tell me as we had an account already from the old way of ordering. She immediate said she'd sort the details from her side. It was all done without problems and without delay. Companies who don't forget how important human support is deserve business.
