Update on the incredibly poor service. My product eventually arrived opened, damaged and with product missing. I rang Leigh Anne to let her know. First she was on her break, then she was in a meeting then she was at home and apparently never actually came in to work that day. Three different stories within the space of an hour. I have lakshay my contact details and he assured me she would call me to deal with the problem. That was 10 days ago and still no call back. I didn't think their service could get any worse, I was wrong.
