Albany accept an order AND 24 HOURS AFTER the order was placed, accepted and invoice was sent, they send a new list of terms and conditions that must be accepted before the item will be dispatched. Bizarre! All T&C's must be presented to the customer BEFORE the order is placed, so they can choose whether to accept them or not. EDIT: 3 days after saying a member of the CS team would contact me "IMMEDIATELY", no one from Albany has contacted me...
