I received my phone and Sim but it is inactive and do not get through to any number to get it activated. Communication is poor once the debit order goes offbyour account
Took contract yesterday told me was approved must do debit check which I did after that never hear from them. Tried phoning them all numbers dnt answer what kin of service is this
Got approved for a contract on the 27th October 2023, debit went off on the 27 November 2023 yet no correspondence form this company contacted the courier company and said they have no profile for me and I need to contact African Mobile this useless company does not reply hence I'm opening a case of fraud at the Police station
They dont even desirve a rating going to go and revirse my payment because they are usless been trying to get hold of them because i cant my fica sorted and no one anwers when u try and call watup is no response and email dont get awnsered
Hi, my husband have a contract with Africa mobile, yesterday 15 October 2023 is phone was block. Since yesterday 15 October 2023 he is trying to get hold of someone to assist him, he did a message on the whatsapp number but nobody is getting back to him, what kind of sevice is this he is very upset and angry because no one is getting intouch with him. I got approved for the contract, already paid my installment, struggling to upload my fica documents because the address they gave me is not working, I'm trying to call them ,on the customer number they gave me, it's not going through, they are not even replying to my whatsp messages
African mobile takes money out of my acc but got no phone. No contact details are working, they do not reply on emails or phone back
My phone has just been locked because Africa mobile claims they have not received payment. I tried several times to contact the numbers given and it says its unavailable. I also only received the 100 airtime and the 1Gig but never the whatsapp data as promised. This is the worst contract I EVER TOOK OUT .
I wrote an review... They replyd to the review but now are making excuses for not sending my device it look like they are fu off stories. I am fed up with this company please don't take any device from them... I also didn't received any recharge from them from February... As the contract states R100 airtime 1g data 100 sms a month but didn't received for7 months nothing
Can you please tell me how you debit my husband from Novemeber last year up until now August 2023 without having a phone delivered ? He is not one to check his bank statements as he knows that there are no active debit orders. It was on the 25 of August that he checked the statement and contacted you and your reply was sorry most of our ex customers experienced this and you will be refunded! When he called back today a lady advised that he had received the phone, we want to know, who delivered it ? And who signed for it ? I want a copy of the waybill sent to my husband via email. And for your sanity arrange for a refund for these 6 months of unathorised debits. We have sufficent proof that the contract was asked to be canceled before it even started and a stop order was done but you guys changed the reference number and still went on to debit. This is fraud and you can have your trading license revoked!!!
Africa Mobile just blocked me from their facebook page.Only because i asked to be refunded.They debited R530 from my account on the 25 of July 2023.Since then i am struggling to get my money back.I used their platforms to complain about their bad service and they promised they will refund me.And today they just blocked me,but its ok i have screenshots of my conversations.

I was approved in May Africa mobile debited my account and since the there were stock problems and they don't reply to my emails or what's apps it's very bad service actually no bloody service I want my money back you are crooks
I received my device and I am over the moon, the problem is the sim card that was given to me. The agent claimed it will have 100 Rands airtime and 1 gig data, my sim has not been loaded and I have been asking for help since I received my device on the 8th of July. the Customer care number 135 does not work, I am throwing this sim card away and putting my own one in now, I've had enough.
