1 of they consultants contacted me on the 16th of January 2024 offering me a cellphone contract. They told me the device will be delivered to me within 5 working days. They already debited my account for activation on the 25th but I still haven't received the device. Called them numerous times but no answer. Even tried calling the consultant but the goes to voicemail and they say the inbox is full. Can anyone please assist me on this matter ASAP.
Good day, I received a call stating I was approved. Debts loaded but no contract recieved, I'm called 0100215090 the lady said they will send it through shortly. Tried calling again and whatsapp no response!!!!!
How does one get into contact with Africa mobile. I tried the Whatsapp number as well as the 010 021 5090 number. There is no response. AFter reading all the negative reviews I wish to cancel my contract immediately

My phone was locked for no reason and yesterday 15 January 2024 they debited,tried to whatsapp and sent an email still no response till today.Im very upset and I will open a case of fraud if the matter is not resolved,I will wait until Friday,if no response or unlocking my device,I'm definitely opening a fraud case.

Took a contract, but needed to ask a couple more questions.. could make contact, then started reading reviews?? I'm afraid I may have been scammed. Activation fee went off my account and no one communicating regarding delivery of new phone and this is a Xmas gift to my son. Can't get thru to the contact numbers that we should use. Please can someone get in touch with me regarding this...... And when I send a msg on WhatsApp my ticket gets closed without even asking what the problem or query is
They gave me a contract took activation fee and have had the phone for two weeks now and yesterday the 13th December they blocked the phone saying that I am behind on my account have been emailing, phoning and WhatsApp them and have not received any further communication from them this is extremally bad service from them I would not recommend them ever. I was called by one of their consultants , to apply for a contract . All they did was debit my account. I want my money to be paid back into my account no need for a new contract and please cancel the debit order you have place on my account. I no longer need your services and you call center doesn't work.
Missed 3 Payments because I was out of Job tried to call customer service but number is not going through now got a new job you are deducting and its been three months now but the phone is still locked and no luck when I call customer care
