The Admiral representative, Kieran Diaz, went far above and beyond to resolve the problem I was experiencing with AdBlockers. Not only did he engage with me during two ZOOM meetings which he set up, but he also had multiple discussions with colleagues to find a resolution. The problem was completely sorted out, thanks to Kieran's professionalism and high standards of customer care.
I needed to cancel my Mediaite subscription, simply because I couldn’t take any more Trump news (it’s an excellent site), and the people who helped me were wonderful — prompt response with zero runaround. I’ll be back, thanks to them.
As soon as I visit a website that uses Admiral I just leave right away. Their consent management is awful, it is borderline blackhat. I take it as they put a lot of effort into making it as difficult, annoying and time consuming to opt-out for visitors. The lists of partners can be in the thousands, and there is often no "withdrawal consent / decline all" button. Admiral is by far the worst consent management tool out there, and any content providers who uses them should really look at finding a better option.
Kieran was great, but they couldn't solve my problem so I had to cancel my subscription to the paper. That was very disappointing.
Had a problem accessing WKYC, my local news channel, my adblocker would not let me in, messaged customer service, and in no time it was all figured out and good.
I had a Technical Problem and the Customer Support person clearly cared about helping me to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I have had major problems with fraud attempts on my credit card, which resulted 1n cancellations of several cards. On each occasion, I called Admiral support and got help from Kieran and Sara. Both were very helpful, patient, and courteous and were a pleasure to work with. Both are real assets to Admiral.

REAL, TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I couldn’t have asked for more professional service than I received from Kieran Diaz! I had subscribed to a local paper, but wasn’t getting it. I contacted Admiral for help. Kieran worked on my concerns and issues for a couple of weeks until she finally found the issues that I had created myself. Everything is working great now.
