Anyone ordering internationally be sure to know that everything is displayed in POUNDS not EUROS. I ordered for myself and my friend (both from America) and we both thought it was in euros. This caused an unexpected $70 USD increase to be taken out of the bank. I emailed them with my concern and frustration. They responded almost immediately and were extremely accommodating. We received our items in no time as well. Aside from the currency misunderstanding, which should be stated more clearly on the website, they get 5 stars.
From the products to the customer service I cannot fault Active in Style. If you have a question you are emailed back pretty much straight away Timely deliveries with tracking information and new styles always arriving. Fab

I have previously ordered from Active in Style and been very happy with my purchases, the price points and the delivery time. However there are at least 4 items (Lorna Jane) that I would buy in a heart beat and they do not have them in stock or in my size which is just frustrating.
My experience with Active in Style, from purchase to delivery it was a smooth no stress process. The best was the little bag that my purchase arrived in as well as an hand written personal note! My product was accurate to the online description and I was very happy with the price. I will definitely be shopping with Active in Style again! Thanks guys!
I would like to congratulate Active In Style for being one of the most helpful companies I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, they took time to explain and suggest the right product (or an alternative where my first choice was unavailable) to me. I love the extra details and care that Active in Style put into your orders - the little messages and little gifts are such a lovely touch. With my first order the item was slightly damaged and I was extremely disappointed, but they handled my complaint really well. I've since used them multiple times for active wear purchases and have made a few returns and one exchange which were super simple. They are quick to respond to email queries and treat you as an individual customer on a personal level, something I really appreciate.
I love checking in with Active In Style because they carry brands and styles that you don't see much in London. Every piece I have purchased from the site is high quality and at a good price point. The team is lovely too, as I have interacted with them at health shows and their pop up shops.

Excellent service who kept me up to date with texts and emails to ensure I didn't miss my vital delivery. I was searching for a way to be more motivated in working out after having a baby and have found it in leggings and active wear. I never knew that work out clothing will look so good until I found the Active in Stylr Instagram and them website. I have now booked in to try a reformer Pilates class on Friday morning and yoga class on Saturday morning.
