Delivery was fast over the Christmas hols, beautifully packaged and I love my running pants. Very comfortable during yoga, great sale price and the design is unique!

For my first ever order & maybe my last I discovered a hole in my £85 fitness leggings, when I first put them on! Not impressed at all when expected high quality & durable clothing. I was pleased however, to find customer service quick to response to resolve the matter. Still waiting to hear for my request for a discount for a further purchase to restore faith in any future purchases.
I've shopped with Active in Style several times now and each time has been wonderful. A great range of products to suit every budget, beautifully packaged when delivered.
Product arrived with lovely packaging and exactly as shown online - very happy with product on arrival. Customer services however, is quite poor. They seem to be unconcerned with loyalty.
i spent 90 on one pair and the print has washed off after a few cold washes, another few pairs i spent around £70 on and my cat only had to jump on my leggings and because they are white on the insides you only have to pierce them lightly and you'll have white blobs all over your leggings. I'm really not impressed, this has not happened with my Nike ones despite them having white innards, nor have i had issues with leggings from gymshark or sweaty betty - most upset
After two weeks, I had not received my order from active in style. I contacted their customer service, and since they were not able to track the order, they chose to send a new packet. That I received after a couple of days. :-) great customer service!
Ordered two weeks ago - still says "Processing" on my account, customer service have informed me it was shipped but Royal Mail have no information on the package - assume it's been lost! (Have used active in style before and it was perfect so assume this is a one-off!)
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and got in touch ASAP - the team responded right away and fixed it for me. I also received a free water bottle! It was fast delivery and I love the product.
Great product but had to sign for it and was not in so had to wait a week to be able to pick it up

I have shopped with Active In style for about a year now, almost weekly defiantly bi weekly and never have I had a bad experience. The stock is amazing, packaging is beautiful, staff are so lovely and the most helpful, friendly and down to earth you'll ever meet .... and the new store well, its just amazing. Its a fashion fitness fanatics heaven. My love for Active In Style just grows and grows x

I ordered a pair of leggings which arrived very prompty with order updates. There was a problem with the product and customer services were excellent really pleased with service and running bear leggings. Would 100% use service again.
I ordered two sports bras, but when my package arrived, one was out of stock. I contacted customer services and they generously allowed me to choose any other bra I liked and sent it to me next day delivery, free of charge. Both bras are gorgeous, fit well and are excellent quality. I'll definitely order from here again.
