Everyone at Access Garage Doors is truly professional, Stefanie had given me a time frame between 8am to 10am and Matt arrived at 7:59am. He replaced the garage door with an energy efficient door. The job was completed in 2 hours which included tips on maintaining the garage door. The job was completed with extreme excellence, quality of service was “Second To None”. Therefore I’m giving them more stars than the “Dallas Cowboys”.
Arrived ahead of time, and paid for me to park on the road outside. The old garage door was quickly removed and the new one installed. The installers were very polite and explained the maintenance required for optimal operation of the door. Made sure I could operate the locking /unlocking system. Very satisfied with the service.

Garage door was good and surveyor was also good, but a couple of small considerations by the fitters would improve the overall appearance. It would also have been good practice to have received a call from Access to see if we were satisfied with the supply & installation of said door. Wouldn't recommend them now

Although the recent work done on my doors has been long in coming, only because I have been dithering, it is an excellent job done. I have 3 doors and only requires one fob and a spare I have 2 for each door which to my mind is a waste of money

Excellent garage doors, professional service. We had to wait quite a few weeks for delivery and fitting, but the product was well worth the wait.
A little disappointed that the process from ordering to fitting took quite a bit longer than expected, & that the fitting of the new garage doors was delayed by a logistical issue. I think the final finish around the new doors could have been better. Overall , happy with the product itself
