I obtained a quote by telephone to supply and install a piece of secuity equipment for my garage door and agreed a date for the work about a week ahead. The person arrived on that date, completing the job to my satisfaction.

The staff were all extremely helpful, both in the shop and when they visited on site. The finished product is excellent and I felt that the price was right. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the installation ran into problems which meant that the door didn’t open properly and needed to be re-worked. Ideally this issue would have been identified on the first site visit. The difficulty was nevertheless dealt with very quickly and the problem was explained and resolved. Highly recommended.
