The sander was on time, very polite, helpful and completed all tasks discussed competently. Was particularly worried about damage to newly installed therma skirting, it remained pristine when the job was done, which was a huge relief. One area that may use improvement is clarity in communication with the company. I needed sanding of old hallway boards which ended in a brand new multiple step pine stair. I requested that the stairs "be finished to match the hall floor". Was informed that the colour match would not be 100% due to the age difference, understandable. However, the resulting colour difference is still pretty extreme. If I'd been advised to consider stair staining or any type of darkening varnish for the stairs, I would have done so.

The two guys who carried out the work just got on with sanding my floor quickly and efficiently and I was amazed at results and how little dust the sanders created. They were really respectful to my toddler in the house, closing the baby gates and creeping out with their equipment so not to wake him. I will be using this company again when we do the floors in our other rooms.

Joshua is knowledgable about his trade, provide great information during the quote process. His first visit to talk through the process and measure up was informative and clear about different options. He provided a quote there and then with a formal quote by email later. The job was done on time, on budget to a good standard and with minimal disruption with Joshua keeping updated as the job progressed. His team were polite and efficient. Overall a very nice, stress free, job well done.

I think this company has gone under. After quoting and fixing a date to start work they have totally refused to respond to emails, phone calls and texts. I suspect something serious has happened, but after nearly two weeks of since it would have been good to have an apology.

Excellent service, very professional guy, high quality worked. He carefully explained the different options to us and managed to do a few extra spots that were outside of the original quote. Plan on using him (Stan) again if more sanding is needed.
