Speedy service. Very patient with me while I chose the finish I wanted, and accommodating of the fact that I couldn't move all my furniture. And the finished floor looks great.

I rang up Thursday afternoon and equipment was delivered before 8am Friday morning - to my home in Kent! Joshua helped familiarise me with all of the equipment, shared best practices on how professionals approach the job, answered all of my questions at time of delivery and was constantly available via WhatsApp to help as I inevitably hit bumps along the way. Joshua also returned on two separate occasions to service and then replace an edge sander that I was having trouble with. Communication when I had issues was excellent. Genuinely cannot recommend this company highly enough!

They came to our rescue after a sander we had hired broke down, which was a blessing in disguise, as we got a far superior sander delivered to us on a Sunday morning and tuition on how to use it, tips from a professional on how to make our oak parquet flooring look stunning. 22m2 front room required sanding, fixing and finish. Friendly, professional and punctual. Finished the job in 1.5 days, including nailing down loose floorboards and filling old radiator holes. These guys use professional grade equipment and products. The protective coat alone is £70 a bottle. Went above and beyond, and I didn’t regret not hiring a sander myself. Thanks for the keyworker service too!

This is the second time we have used Absolute floor sanding and both times they have been brilliant. Always really happy to help and give advice. On the day they were punctual, polite and left the room really tidy. We love our flooring and would definitely recommend to others!

I've just hired a belt sander Bona edge sander and Trio. The service could not have been better. All delivered to me on the middle of Norfolk and at short notice. Machines all in perfect working order. A real pleasure to deal with this company

David made the whole process a breeze from start to finish! Carried out the job at the weekend to fit around our schedule and did a superb job of sanding and staining our floor and even offered to retouch if needed after our decorators have finished. Thanks very much!

We had two rooms with horrible shiny lacquer on the floor boards and Absolute Floor Sanding did a beautiful job stripping and staining them. The work was efficient, clean, with a minimum of dust, and the floors look fantastic. They also sanded our kitchen counter top and did a lovely job removing the scratches and re-oiling it so that it looks like new.

I was going to lay carpet down on the bedroom floors but they managed to recover the original wooden flooring. It looks great and I have now decided to do the entire downstairs floors. I highly recommend these guys.

Joshua and his team were just great to work with on this refurbishment project in Chester Square,London SW1.He accommodated date and time changes without a grumble and delivered an amazing finish to this 45sq mt herringbone floor.Highly recommended

Well executed sanding of floors, repairs and colours were spot on. Would definitely recommend them.

The sanding and lacquering were done well and good floor results were obtained. David showed competence and experience when we first discussed the job with him and we preferred him over other contractors, even though he had the highest price. The only shortcomings were with regards to how they left the house: coke cans and small rubbish left within the house i.e. team didn't clean up after themselves and the massive amount of rubbish left before the front entrance of the house. True the quote, in fine print, does say "We will not take our rubbish away with us, this we will be placed into sacks and disposed of in appropriate bins.", but they were simply stacked outside in plastic bags (at best), leaving the front entrance of the house in a very ugly state. Highlighting this in advance and appropriately managing it with myself would have been a far better way of conducting business.

The equipment was delivered on time,carried into the property for me, assembled and demonstrated, I was given good advice on machine operation and the grade of discs to use. The machine was in good working order and operated correctly throughout.

Excellent job can’t recommend the team enough! Transformed the upper level of our house.

Works carried out for a good price. Arrived on time as per booking with good communication. Area protected with limited mess created. Completed on schedule with an excellent result obtained. All in all would recommend very happy.
