Carolina has been an absolute dream to work with! So warm, friendly and professional at the same time. She was able to solve any problem I had, and answer any question that I had, with ease and transparency! (Not to mention she returns calls with great speed!) Because of her, my partner and I will have our pole in no time at all! I will always refer my friends to X-Pole because of her!

Carolina was so helpful! Great customer service, above and beyond, many return calls and check ins with me throughout the process because I ordered the wrong pole and then received my veteran's. discount after I had placed an order. What a mess I created by being impatient and ordering early... she handled it with great care and professionalism! She deserves a raise!!! Kash also directed me to her and had great follow up :) This is a great team!

It's nearly impossible to get the damn pole because of the restrictions they put up for FEDEX. If you miss the signature because you work two jobs then you're **** out of luck because they're not going to help.

I had the best experience purchasing a pole through X-Pole. A special shout out to Carolina Stone, who came through for me in a crunch and expressed such positive energy throughout our call. The way Carolina resolved my issue far exceed my expectations. I was already a fan of X-Pole and now I'm an even bigger fan. The initial order I received had many issues (wrong pole size, wrong base, rusty wheel). I got on the phone with Carolina and she was extremely proactive, ensuring the replacement got shipped same day. She is a delight to work with and showed a sense of urgency in correcting the situation that I truly appreciate.

I moved to a new place with higher ceilings so had to get an extension. I placed an order but the account kept saying that my payment was pending, but my credit card had a payment processed already. I figured maybe it was going to say processed once they were ready to ship, but that confirmation never came. I sent an email, but didn't receive a response so I called. I know everything is hectic right now with the pandemic. So I completely understand. I received a call back the very next day and they shipped the item right away. If you experience any issues, definitely call to get a quicker response. They were super nice and fast to settle the issue.

My ordering experience was great. When I realized I’d made a mistake on the original order, I reached out for support and Carolina Stone became my saving grace. I’d ordered a gift for my wife and selected the wrong size. She immediately called me to assure she could help. Her personality and confidence allowed me to release my worries because the “expert” could handle it. Fingers crossed it will be a great holiday surprise! Thank you Carolina, you were amazing!

I would like to thank Carolina from Xpole for the great customer service. I had to contact customer service because FedEx delivery difficulties. Long story short Carolina worked to make sure as a customer I was fully satisfied. She had the knowledge to navigate beyond the difficulties FedEx had created. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to recieve the product satisfactorily.

Initially I had an order issue because The extra AK shipping was not included on the site. Upon realizing that, I received a bill for more shipping equal to the cost of the pole. Woah! When Carolina called me regarding this, I had an excellent experience. We discussed some options and was able to get my shipping expenses down by changing the address. She was fast, responsive, and very helpful.

The customer service rep (Melissa M.) was super helpful! I had ordered an X-Pole in the 45 chrome but misplaced the hex screws. She helped me replace the screws I was missing and followed up with tracking information within a week.
