I ordered my pole on April 28 I have yet to recieve my pole they said give up to 30days but I haven't got a text and email. None is not picking up the phone they charge me a flat rate fee. And its says its a hold for the last 34 days. I email them 3 times . 8 got no answer where is my x pole

I initially had some trouble getting my pole to extend when I tried to set it up for the first time. I contacted their customer service and was connected a lovely woman named Amy. She gave me some suggestions to fix my problem as well as my other options in case that failed. Her suggestions worked and I was soon happily spinning on my pole. Despite the virus and the company having a limited staff, Amy was extremely responsive, prompt, and courteous. Quality product and quality service to match!

Carolina was kind and considerate, answered all of my questions, and even double checked to make sure I had ordered the correct product for my ceiling height so I wouldn’t be disappointed when it shipped! In the midst of a pandemic, I was appreciative of her care and concern. Great service!

Customer service is super friendly and helpful. I called to have them tell FedEx to hold my package at the facility because I wouldn't be home to receive it and the representative was able to accommodate that in a matter of minutes. I'm very pleased with the company already!

I just wanted say Thank You Xpole!! Your tech support is incredibly helpful. Rosey helped me out so much!! He was very patient even after I contacted him so many times. I kept feeling bad but he was always cheerful, and sweet in a positive way. He explained everything in depth and took the time for me to understand it. I couldn't have asked for better help. The entire Customer Service Team @X-POLE went above and beyond to help expedite a last minute order. My daughter decided last minute to attend a dance competition on the East Coast and getting the portable pole/carry case out to the event was a bit complicated . Customer Service Team Members Carolina and Hedi were with us every step of the way, with immediate follow up phone calls and prompt attention to detail. THANK YOU !!!!

Had a few questions about ordering the new Xpole Xlock upgrade in a finish that was not listed on the website to order online. Thankfully my xpole representative Carolina Stone was incredibly helpful, and was able to make sure it was indeed in stock, ordered, and shipped out to me same day! Super appreciated the great customer service, as I am producing a show and needed this equipment asap! Thanks!

I recently ordered the X-pole because I had heard some great things about it and was very excited when my package came in the mail. Upon opening the package however, I noticed that I had recieved damaged equiptment. The top half of the pole was all dented and had jagged edges, I can't even attach the pieces together because it was as if someone took a hammer and indented the pole. I tried contacting x-pole about this I sent two emails with pictures and also tried calling. I was on the phone for hours and had no response! Very bad customer service! I am extremely dissapointed. I still haven't heard back from anyone regarding this...

Carolina Stone is an amazing CS rep! She worked with me everyday to make sure my package, which was delivered to the wrong address, arrived safely. And for my troubles she sent me a box of goodies that are definitely going to come in handy. I'm happy I chose X Pole and I'm excited to rep this company with my merch and pole!

I live in Hawai'i where shipping costs a little extra so I needed to speak with a representative to complete my order. Carolina was so helpful and handled my order quickly, even getting it shipped out the same day! I appreciated her enthusiasm greatly. I'm so excited to receive my Xpole!

I purchased an x-pole xpert model pole a few weeks ago and when it arrived it had a couple issues. The surface of some of the pole pieces were scuffed and chipped. Once up I discovered the b-pole had a slight bend it in. I contacted x-pole and got a response from Amy who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She immediately sent out replacement pieces for all of the ones that had issues. Unfortunately when I received the replacements one of them was in very poor condition. When I notified Amy of the issue she personally went and hand picked the replacement piece and had it mailed out to me. This piece was very shiny and chip free! I can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing from x-pole, despite the hiccoughs the product I ended up with solid and feels very safe. The shipping was very fast - I am on the east coast of Canada and most items only took 2-3 days to arrive and the customer service is above and beyond!

My entire experience is based solely on customer service, since I live in Puerto Rico and had to order my Sport (NS), 45mm CR via phone and email. First time I buy from this company and I got to say, the process was so professional, fast and fantastic! Carolina Stone, made sure everything about the purchasing process was perfect. She guided me, since the first call, even after the item arrived. She did it oh so cheerfully polite; best of all in SPANISH! It's not often a client comes across such customers service, I'm impressed!
