I received my leather sweetheart Chesterfield sofa and foot stool, I am over the moon. I ordered online so hadn't actually seen the sofa or colour and it is exactly what I fell in love with on the website. Delivery was as stated and the 2 men that delivered the sofa were great, friendly, careful,unpacked and popped the feet on the sofa and stool and took away all the rubbish! A first class service and would definitely recommend this company.

It was straightforward to buy our sofa and delivery was excellent. The sofa is excellent quality and we're extremely pleased. However, we didn't receive any confirmation of our purchase and had to chase this up which is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars.

I have just bought a footstool and storage box in antique green.They compliment the Baron sofa and two Scroll wing chairs I bought a year ago. I am extremely pleased with all my purchases which were delivered directly to my home 250 miles from Salford. I was kept fully up to date with the delivery progress and the delivery men were very careful and considerate.

For some reason after placing my order I had reason to google this company and was alarmed at poor quality feedback. I have nothing but praise of every aspect of this company. I purchased 2 fireside wingback chairs and a matching stool (which was separate in clearance) exactly 8 weeks as stipulated my order arrived as agreed by courier. Products were exceptional quality (better than ever expected) superb value for money (could be sold for much more money and still be value for money) I would recommend the product & company without exception. I will order a chesterfield sofa when I need a new one (not long now after this experience) without any consideration of any other company.

I ordered a queen Anne armchair in January. The item is great quality, and the staff helpful when I ordered the chair. I will happily buy from them again. My only slight critisium is that it would have been nice to have been updated about the order, especially as it was a week longer to arrive than the estimated timescale. A simple automated email saying they were working on my order and would contact me once ready would have been nice in the 9 weeks build time.

The sofa is great quality and what you would expect from a handmade sofa. Delivery was smooth and the guys navigated the tight hall to perfectly place the sofa in our snug. Only reason there isn't 5 stars is because the underside of the cushions isn't leather lined. Insted there is a black fabric liner.

The furniture is great quality and great value for money! Delivery, leadtime estimate and customer service were excellent.

We bought a 3.5 seater settee, a chair and ottoman stool, the Chesterfield Company were very helpful and polite when we needed to contact them everything went very smoothly from start to finish, The delivery day was given and everything turned up on the day, the furniture was unpacked set up where we wanted it to be and all packing was taken away, the delivery boys were great. My wife had wanted a "Sherlock Holmes" chair for her study for quite some time. We'd looked at offerings from other companies and were somewhat taken aback by the cost. £1800 for a chair? I didn't pay that much for my entire sofa and chairs in the living room. Then we found The Chesterfield Company. We ordered a leather swatch sample of the couple of colours she liked - they arrived in a variety of the leather grades/thicknesses/aging. We picked one, put the order in and 6 weeks later two guys turned up, carried the bubble-wrapped chair into the study and unwrapped it. It's everything she wanted and more. Lovely wood, delicious buttoned leather. Super comfortable and looks splendid. Would I recommend this company to a friend? Absolutely. In fact I'm about to put an order in for a two-seater sofa for my office. I'm not a shill - just a very happy customer.

I bought an Arundel and Oxley both in Santa Fe Mahogany leather. Both look superb and I would not hesitate to recommend. The shape of the Arundel works really well and is is the deeper of the two.

So, the chair arrived and is as beautiful and comfortable as expected. An option to split payments would have been nice but, hey ho. My main issue was that the chair, which is wider than the average door was not delivered by people with the insurance to help get it into my house. When the delivery costs over 10% of the price, I expected them to be qualified to remove a door from its hinges to get it into the property. Although they were friendly, they still left the door unsecured outside my property and left me with no tools and no way to get it into the house. 2 hours later and it was in and, although I am extremely happy with the chair, I will think twice before using this service again.

Excellent quality sofa, good communication throughout ordering process. Deliverers team were superb and the sofa is stunning. I will be ordering the chair to go with it.
