I'll be honest... I am a nightmare customer, even my wife says she would not sell me anything and that I'm too difficult to please. Well, that wasn't a problem for Top 555 or Tim. I am very particular and demand a high standard when buying cars, almost OCD like. I was actually buying an older car in the hope that it will become a bit of a classic. Being older, I knew it would be difficult given my standards. However, Tim assured me the car was in very good order, talked me through all aspects of the car and it's history. Tim was very open and honest and Top 555 had actually done a lot of prep work to make the car showroom ready. When I inspected the car, it was everything Tim said it was, absolutely no misrepresentation and it was a beauty. A solid car, with provenance and in quite unbelievable condition for it's age. It clearly had been looked after (by someone like myself). There were a few small bits I wanted addressing in my OCD like nature. I thought Tim would laugh, but he understood me and where I was trying to get to with this car. Tim worked with me to sort these minor elements out and was very supportive throughout. I was constantly updated on progress and I have to say the service was quite amazing. I had purchased a 991.2 when they came out from Porsche and it was a huge let down. Tim made up for this and I had a great handover and reveal in the showroom. Just a great experience from start to finish. The team at Top 555 build a strong relationship with you and I can see why customers just keep coming back.

I have recently brought McLaren 720S from TOP 555, this is my review of the service I received. From my first phone call with Tim I realised his passion for cars and his knowledge of products they sell. The collection day came and I can only say a massive thank you to Charles as it went flawless, he explained the car and operations of how to operate the car, time was not an issue with the collection and this was extremely refreshing. The after service from Tim has been exceptional with follow up calls and emails, making sure that I am completely happy with all aspects of buying the car and how it operates.
